Due to the popularity of The Rush Fun Park, we receive a large number of calls and messages with questions about the park, birthday parties, and special events. In an effort to provide the best Customer Service possible, we have provided you with the most frequently asked questions and answers. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

We recommend parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will already be in our system when they arrive. A signed waiver is required for anyone wishing to participate in our attractions. Waivers only need to be signed once per year.

Waivers can be signed by clicking the SIGN THE WAIVER link at the top of the website.

Admission to The Rush Fun Park includes full access to all the many attractions we have to offer. To maintain a safe and clean environment participants must jump in our reusable rush socks, available for purchase separately. The Rush Fun Park is for everyone! We encourage parents to join in the fun. We offer a Parent Pass for any adult who wishes to participate in the attractions with a child. Check your nearest location’s hours and pricing page to find current Parent Pass pricing.

Absolutely. Our Lil’ Kidz Zone is reserved for children 6 years and under and has trampolines and soft play just for little ones and their parents.

Yes, however, any child who is participating in any attractions, older than 12 months, will need to be paid for.
